Camp Wendake is a one week residential camp program for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, their families and/or support people. The camp is run & staffed exclusively by volunteers & accommodates 80 campers from across Ontario at a rustic & beautiful camp facility near Bayfield. We strive to honour diversity in age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ability, culture, spirituality & economic state.

John Gordon Home

The Home with a Heart: John Gordon Home provides support to people living with HIV/AIDS and HCV (Hep C) who have immediate health care needs to realize positive health and wellness outcomes through the provision of Transitional Care; Respite Care; and End of Life Care. Effective April 1, 2015 the John Gordon Home (JGH) and Regional HIV/AIDS Connection (RHAC) legally amalgamated with the goal to strengthen the continuum of care for service users.

The London & District Distress Centre is a community-based agency that provides individuals in need with short-term empathetic listening, information, & crisis intervention. If you need support, community information, or someone to talk to, we are here to listen & we can link you with available resources. London & District Distress Centre

The London Abused Women’s Centre is a non-residential agency providing advocacy, counselling and support to abused, prostituted and trafficked women and girls over the age of 12 who live or work in London/Middlesex. Thanks to the Ministry of Community and Social Services and the generosity of Londoners, there is no charge to attend. The agency provides both individual services and groups. Abused, prostituted and trafficked women and girls are provided with immediate access to service.

London Cross Cultural Learner Centre

The London Cross Cultural Learner Centre is a multi-service support agency for newcomers. CCLC is a community organization that exists to provide settlement services and support, while promoting intercultural awareness and understanding. Services offered: Community Connections, Client Support Services, Jeremiah's House for Government Sponsored Refugees, Joseph's House for Refugees, Job Search Workshops, Language and Referral Services, LGBTQ Newcomers Support Services and Social Group, Library Settlement Workers, Resettlement Assistance Program, Settlement Workers in Schools, Translation/Interpretation Services and Volunteer Opportunities.

London InterCommunity Health Centre

We provide health and social services to those who experience barriers to care, and foster the active participation of individuals and the community we serve. In addition to primary care, we offer community and social services that support: children and youth; people living with chronic illnesses/mental health concerns; people experiencing poverty and homelessness; newcomer seniors and women. All services are inclusive of LGBTQ2+ people; we are currently developing programs to better serve the Trans community. LUSO Community Services

Options Clinic provides free, rapid and anonymous HIV Testing. No names or health cards are required, your privacy is protected and you receive results in a matter of minutes. In addition to the free rapid test, you also receive information, education and support from our non-judgmental counselors. Many people find that they can talk openly about sexual and other risks if they know that their name will not be revealed. The Clinic is located at 659 Dundas Street.

Sexual Assault Centre London

The Sexual Assault Centre provides services to women 15 years of age and older who have experienced any form of sexual violence, including childhood sexual abuse, adult or recent sexual assault and sexual harassment. These services include individual counselling, support groups, in person peer support, advocacy and accompaniments to the hospital, courts, police, and sexual assault related appointments. Services to survivors of sexual violence are confidential and free of charge. Referrals are made for male survivors and survivors under the age of 15.

Regional Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence Treatment Centre

Anyone can be a victim of physical or sexual assault. If you have been assaulted, go to a safe place and tell someone. Our team provides care at the time of the assault and in the months following the initial incident. We can help. The Regional Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Treatment Centre provides care for women, children, and men experiencing sexual assault and/or domestic violence living in Oxford, Elgin, and Middlesex counties. The Clinic at the Middlesex-London Health Unit (MLHU)

The Clinic at the MLHU offers a variety of sexual health services. The Family Planning Clinic (FPC) focuses on women’s health which includes cervical cancer screening (Pap Tests) counselling, low cost birth control, emergency contraception, and free pregnancy testing. Clinics for FPC are throughout the week with evening clinics on Tuesdays and Thursdays. An appointment and health card are required for FPC. The Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Clinic provides free screening, diagnosis, treatment of STIs, counselling and referrals. The STI Clinic is drop in and no health card is required. The STI Clinic hours are Monday and Wednesday 4:30pm to 7pm, Friday 8:30 to 10:30am. MLHU also offers Naloxone, needle exchange, condoms free of charge, and female condoms and dental dams are available at cost. The Clinic at MLHU is located at 50 King Street (at Ridout) in London.
